For the 2025-2026 school year, the Beaver athletic department will be utilizing PlanetHS for athletic registrations. You MUST COMPLETE the online registration platform which will allow students and families in grades 7-12 to signup for sports and complete all required athletic forms. You must have Section 5 & 6 completed and brought to your physical for completion by the Dr.
We will be giving FREE physicals on June 2nd and 3rd at the high school nurses office from 8:30 to 12:30. You MUST sign up in advance in the Athletic Office starting May 12th for physicals.
